My Favorite Youtube Workout Channels for Women
I’ve never been a big fan of at-home workouts. But like most people during COVID-19, I began doing them because the gyms were closed. During that time, I learned that YouTube is where you can find some of the best workouts ever! I was doing everything from HIIT to Pilates. Below are some of my favorites. Feel free to comment below and let me know your favorites.
Isawelly
Isa-Welly is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Wellbeing Coach. She helps women eliminate fatigue and overwhelm and adopt healthier nutritional habits that will help them thrive in life and at work.
Her workouts are very Pilates-focused. She has an upbeat attitude and is extremely knowledgeable too.
Grow with Jo
Jo goes viral a lot with her workouts and inspiring before-and-afters. She is a workout coach, and her vibe is energetic, encouraging, and fun. She does a range of workouts, and they are all sessions that can be done at home.
Yoga with Adriene
Adriene Mishler is an international yoga teacher, actor, writer, activist, and entrepreneur. She is one of the most well-known Yoga YouTubers, and I love her calming vibe. She offers every kind of yoga workout you can think of, and she makes it approachable for newbies.
Caroline Girvan
Caroline is my girl! She is a Certified Personal Trainer, MNU-certified nutritionist, and pre- and Postnatal Specialist. Her workouts are tough! I used to try to do one every day, and it wore me out every time. She works on every part of the body and has an app.
Tara’s body
Tara is a Certified personal trainer. Her workouts are upbeat and pretty hard. She focuses a lot on dance and has a great variety of themes that I love. If you aren’t a fan of the treadmill, dance workouts are a great option and they will get you to sweat!
Aliya Janell
Speaking of dance, I had to include Aliya because she is my favorite dancer next to Paris Goebel. Her vibe is sexy, empowering, and motivating. Her channel isn’t really a workout channel. However, she goes over dance routines, and you can learn them while watching. You can also sign up for her other page, where she teaches her routines in depth.
I don’t consider myself the greatest dancer but just trying to learn these routines gives me an amazing workout and I LOVE watching these girls go! Sidenote: Aliya was just on the Renaissance tour with Bey! I’m super proud of her as I’ve been following her journey for a long time.
Juice & Toya
This one is for those of you who like to find workouts that you and your partner can do together. Jesse and I always like to try workouts that will challenge us, but because we are at different fitness levels, sometimes it’s tough to find something we both like. This channel is amazing for that purpose.
Their vibe is motivating, and their chemistry is dynamic. I love watching how encouraging they are, and the workouts are tough too. They also have a fitness app.
PS Fit
Popsugar’s PS Fit channel brings the energy and options. It’s a rare find – a workout hub with this much variety. Picture lively trainers, fun moves, bright colors, and zero room for boredom. No matter your fitness level, you’ll be able to find a routine you love.
Honorable Mention: The Ladder app
I can’t talk about at-home workouts without mentioning this app. I use it both at the gym and at home. The app features different trainers with different styles and focuses. It feels like having a personal trainer with you. I’m so enthusiastic about it that I tell everyone I know. It’s not sponsored; I just genuinely enjoy it.
