Creamy Coffee Protein Smoothie

I’ve never been an iced coffee girl. I’ve always preferred hot black coffee or espresso with no sugar and no cream. That changed when I experienced this iced coffee protein smoothie in 2019. Give it a try!

the Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold coffee – I use dark roast coffee pods but I also use espresso at times.
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek Non fat plain yogurt – You can use a flavored variety if you like.
  • 1 scoop organic coffee protein powder – Regular unflavored is fine too.
  • Ice Cubes
  • Blueberries (a few on top is optional)

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and add blueberries
  • Enjoy!

For an extra indulgent touch, try topping your smoothie with a little whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Delicious!
